✅ 50% Refund — Before Training Starts
If you withdraw your registration before your training module officially begins, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid.
The training module is considered to have started from the date your Login ID is activated and you are given access to the first week's content.
❌ 0% Refund — After Training Starts
Once your training module has started (i.e., your account is activated and content is made available), no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
This is because our instructors, mentors, and support staff are already committed and scheduled for your cohort.
Refund Timeline

Step 1 — Submit Refund Request

Step 2 — Eligibility Check (1–2 working days)
Our team verifies whether your training module has started. If eligible, we confirm the refund amount (50% of amount paid).

Step 3 — Refund Processed (5–7 working days)
Refund is credited to the original payment source (UPI/bank account) within 5–7 working days after approval.
💳 Payment Policy
💳 Full Payment — Immediate Enrollment
Pay the full program fee (₹4,500 for Self-Paced or ₹6,500 for Mentor-Led) upfront. Your Login ID and program access will be activated within 24–48 hours of payment verification.
⚡ Part Payment — ₹1,000 Now, Rest Later
Pay just ₹1,000 as a registration fee to secure your seat in the program.
How it works:
1. Pay ₹1,000 now to confirm your enrollment
2. Your Login ID is assigned and you get access to the onboarding/induction session
3. Remaining balance (₹3,500 or ₹5,500) must be paid within the first month of training, before or immediately after the induction session
4. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in access suspension until dues are cleared
Accepted Payment Methods
- UPI — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, any UPI app
- Bank Transfer — NEFT, IMPS, RTGS
- Debit/Credit Card — via Cashfree payment gateway
- EMI — available through UPI apps for eligible amounts
⚖️ Refund on Part Payment
If you enrolled with the ₹1,000 part payment option:
- If you withdraw before the training starts → ₹500 refunded (50% of ₹1,000)
- If you withdraw after the training starts → No refund
- If you fail to pay the remaining balance → your seat will be suspended. No refund on ₹1,000 paid.
⚠️ Exceptions & Special Cases
The following situations may be considered for exceptions to the standard policy, reviewed case by case:
- Medical emergency — with supporting documentation
- Technical failure on our side — if content is inaccessible for more than 7 days after start date due to our error
- Program cancellation by SovrenSkills — 100% refund guaranteed
